Our Produce Stand opens on 
MAY  11, 2024!
At the Gardens at Unity Village,

we aim to make your farmers market shopping experience accessible, relaxing, and enjoyable! Our produce is sustainably grown on our 3 acres of gardens behind the barn. At times, we do augment our produce with additional locally sourced fruits and vegetables in order to provide shoppers with options not available or not yet ready in our garden. The stand is staffed by volunteers, many who have been with us for over 10 years , as have many of our shoppers. When the stand opens each spring, it’s like a reunion of old friends. Not only is it a welcoming environment, you can experience a century of history and nostalgia of the barn and gardens.

We welcome you to the Produce Stand!

Location and hours: 150B Colbern Rd in Lee’s Summit. Just look for the 3 story historic white barn surrounded by woods and wildlife.

The stand is open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM - Noon ,  May  through October.

Accepted Currency: Cash and Credit/Debit cards accepted.

Parking: Parking is available in front of the market, only steps away.

Pets: We ask that you leave your pets at home or in your car in cool weather. Thank you for understanding.

Amenities: Beverages are not available at the Market. However, the Fillmore Cafe, a short drive away, offers coffee and many other beverages and food items.  

A portable ADA approved outdoor restroom is available at the market.

Waste Reduction: To reduce waste, shoppers are encouraged to bring your own reusable shopping bags to the farmers market.
